Mission- The Martin Behrman Charter Family in concert with all stakeholders is committed to education a diverse community to become lifelong learners.

Martin Behrman was the longest serving mayor of New Orleans.  Just as he showed a dedication to the city so too does Martin Behrman Elementary show a dedication to its city through education. This charter has a built a strong school environment by collaborating with different nonprofits in the city such as Hands On New Orleans and through a strong AmeriCorps program focused on tutoring, creating strong school programs, etc.
