The rebuilding process of New Orleans is truly a demonstration of the resilience of the human spirit, but would be impossible without the help of fellow communities throughout the country.

If you feel inspired by our schools and this website please consider the different ways you can donate. There are so many factors that create a holistic school environment that you may find a personal attachment to; whether you are an artist, an avid book reader, a musician, a nurse, or a Saints fan, all of these interests can be incorporated into your involvement in the schools. Donations should create a reciprocal relationship. The physical donation of resources such as books, sports equipment, school supplies, backpacks, anything that can be used in a school, can be sent to 1641 Poland Ave, New Orleans LA 70117, attn: Troy Peloquin. However sometimes gathering these items and sending them is not always realistic for your hectic life, or expensive due to shipping so there are several other options as well. Gift cards in any amount from any store that may have the items you are looking to donate will go directly towards purchasing the books, uniforms, sports equipment, school supplies, etc. In addition all checks made out for the Recovery School District will be used solely to support the needs of our students.
